RT Holdings, which began as the singular Institute of Accounting and Business Management (IABM), has evolved into a vast educational ecosystem. This growth is marked by a diverse range of academic program offerings that provide learners with abundant learning opportunities and globally recognized qualifications, contributing to the diversification of the education system in Vietnam. Today, RT Holdings facilitates students aiming to achieve academic success locally and internationally.
Over 21 years of development, RT Holdings has also seen several significant changes in its brand identity and operational structure throughout its development. We transitioned from the Indochina Education & Development Group (IEDG) to RT Holdings in 2023, with a strong desire to transform, reach, and integrate into the new era. Changing the brand identity and business model after two decades is a turning point for RT Holdings, with the expectation of starting a new journey with many challenges and opportunities and realizing the aspiration of reaching out and integrating.
“Rapid Transformation: Journey to 2033” is grounded in RT Holdings’ previous strategic plan, “Education in Love.” It describes the strong connections between themes and the core areas we believe are critical to society today: People, Local-Global, and Engagement. It also emphasizes our enduring focus on excellence, diversity, safety, sustainability, creativity, and collaboration.
In 2033, we envision RT Holdings evolving into a diverse ecosystem that offers society abundant learning opportunities, advances equity and elevates its excellence by attracting vital talent and implementing exceptional support policies, while fostering a civilized and compassionate community. Our trajectory is positive, and our will is legendary. Together we can and will achieve more in the decade ahead.
RT Holdings will be recognized as an institution with a transformational impact, setting new education and community development standards. This vision is not just about growth but about creating lasting, meaningful change in every area we operate in. Our transformation will be marked by our ability to adapt to the rapidly changing educational landscape, embrace technological advancements, and meet the increasing demand for innovative and accessible learning solutions.
We are also poised to expand our global reach by strengthening partnerships and fostering collaboration with international institutions. This is our moment to harness the energies and strengths of an extraordinary institution to affect sustainable and positive change, both locally and globally.
